Summary of Experience

Mr. Arsenault earned a BS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2021 with a minor in Business Administration for Engineers and earned a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2024. While at UNH, Mr. Arsenault was a Senior Editor for IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property. He also served as communications director for the Patent Law Forum.

Mr. Arsenault gained experience as a patent extern at BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, and Hayes Soloway P.C. in Manchester, NH. At BAE Systems, he worked on advanced defense-related technologies. While at Hayes Soloway, he worked on patent matters involving a wide array of technologies, including lighting systems, food products, and polymer-related innovations. As an undergraduate, Mr. Arsenault’s research focused on polymer additives, polymer testing, thermally conductive tubing, and silicone powder-based materials.
