Mr. Chirban earned a BS in Physics from Santa Clara University in 2017 and was admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2025.

Prior to entering the field of patent law, Mr. Chirban worked as a research analyst and technical writer on a research team affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the Harvard University Archives. His work supported the development of academic and trade publications exploring the intersection of behavioral technology, psychology, and human development. He also served as a consultant for Human Longevity Inc. and Abundance 360, evaluating candidates for executive programs focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and exponential technologies.

Mr. Chirban has collaborated on research and strategy with leaders in emerging fields through roles at Singularity University and the Flow Genome Project, where his work supported the development of knowledge platforms focused on innovation and peak human performance. As an undergraduate, his academic training emphasized quantum mechanics, advanced mathematics, and the interdisciplinary study of natural law.
