Ms. Dewar earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and earned a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ms. Dewar has participated in research for the National Science Foundation in the field of communication systems.
Ms. Dewar is involved in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, with areas of technical concentration in medical devices, robotics, semiconductor devices and device fabrication processes, digital and analog circuits and systems including integrated system LSI circuits, communication systems, computer hardware including microprocessor hardware, optical media, and mechanical devices and systems.
